IF you love your family, you should take care of them. But do you know how to take care of yourself? Let me give you some good advice.

First, clean your body. You should take a shower, brush your teeth, and wash your hands every day. You should wash hands with soap, because soap kills many germs. Do this several times a day.

Second, get enough exercise. Everyone should exercise for 30 minutes or more every day. There are many fun ways to keep in shape such as jumping rope, jumping rope is great exercise, and it’s good for your heart and muscles.

Third, eat good food, don’t eat junk food. You should eat plenty of fruit and vegetables everyday. You shouldn’t eat much candy everyday. You should eat grain 6~10 servings a day, eat fruit and vegetables 2~4 servings a day, eat meat 3~5 servings a day. Eat candy, chocolate, fats, just a little!
